Do you need engineering solutions for upgrading or modifying your existing plant and equipment?
-

Are you requiring a design and fabrication engineering solution
for a materials handling system? Conveyors? Bin tippers? Tail lifts? Skip bins? -
Do you need quality structural, architectural or industrial steelwork? Stairs? Platforms? Beams, columns and trusses? Handrails?
Established in 1953 in Te Aroha, New Zealand, Cullen Engineering is a privately owned family business offering expertise in material handling equipment, plant machinery and architectural and structural steel work, with the capability to handle the most demanding projects successfully through to completion. These projects range from machinery repairs and refurbishment to the design and fabrication of specialised plant machinery, conveyor systems, hydraulic tail lifts, stairs and handrails, small bridges, structural beams, columns and trusses.
Although we undertake a considerable amount of machinery repair and refurbishment as well as maintenance work on site, we place a strong emphasis on our capability to design, fabricate and install a variety of material handling solutions to suit a wide range of requirements and environments. We can also fabricate your designs or, provide designs for you to fabricate. Cullen Engineering’s professional and dedicated team of qualified tradespeople, designers and managers provides effective engineering solutions for our clients in the meat, poultry, dairy, transport and construction industries.
Our business includes a number of long-serving staff, loyal to their community and to a long-established family business. This enhances the depth of experience and expertise we can offer to our customers, many of whom have likewise been with us for many years.
"When Cullen Engineering designs something – that’s it, apart from
fine-tuning we don’t have to go back and alter things. In our processing plants we get only a small window of opportunity for these projects. We rely on the quality of the engineering work so we can resume our production again as quickly as possible."
